For our Client, fast-developing company in Kraków, we are currently looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent German and very good English!
Working on this position you will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact to resolve customer issues, providing customer service for German speaking clients and building and managing relationships with them. You will be involved in troubleshooting and problem solving management.
We are looking for motivated, open-minded, easy-going and enthusiastic candidates with highly developed interpersonal skills. The most important for us is your personality, fluent German and very good level of English. Any experience in similar position would be an advantage.
